We no longer hold classes on our premises, however, classes will shortly be provided at the Pennington Road Community Centre which is situated in the next road to our shop. Further information will be posted once it becomes available.

Returns Policy

Faulty or Wrong Goods Received

If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact within 48 hours by telephone or email.

We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may or may not ask you to return these items, but if we do, we will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.

Wrong Quantity Received.

Please let us know in a timely manner if the quantity received does not match your order and the delivery note / invoice. If the quantity is less, then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. If we have sent too many then we thank you in advance for your honesty; if we ask you to return the surplus items, we will refund your return postage on receipt of the items.

Change of Heart

If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund the original price you paid for the item. In this case we will not refund the original postage or the return postage.

P&P Rates

If you place an order through our website or by telephone. Prior to taking payment we will weigh your items etc and only charge the actual postage.

Personal Information

When you place an order with us, we record your name, address, telephone number and email address. We may use this information to contact you with regards to an order you have placed or a query you have raised with us. We will also use your email address to send promotional emails from time to time; if you no longer wish to receive emails, please return your email with 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' in your subject line. Alternatively you can contact us though our contact page. This also applies if you have registered your email address through our mail list page.

Further use of Information

Other than for the reasons stated above, we will not use your information in any way whatsoever and will not divulge your information to anyone outside of our company.

Website 

Our website is open for business and you can place orders - 24 hours a day / 365 days a year.

We will occasionally close the site to perform essential maintenance tasks, but these occasions are few and of a short duration and are usually planned to take place during the night or early hours of the morning

We are closed on all UK Public / Bank Holidays and usually close for 5 extra days over the Christmas period, although our website will remain open throughout.
